Ashley Kaia

I play ethereal music that expands through the genres of Americana, indie, singer songwriter, folk, alternative, and soul. Usually I create music with my guitar, looper and voice. Occasionally I loop with the banjo and percussion instruments and sometimes random things I find in my environment. My songs are centered in my journey of learning to come into loving relations with myself, my community, and life itself. I love creating soundscapes that hold spaciousness and beauty and that beautiful dissonance we can feel when we drop deeper into our existence.
